Not sure if I can link in here, but the video had obnoxious music and was made by Coulter Nissan. I would think if these instructions applied to your situation you would also be given an option to choose your SD card as a source. In one video made by a car dealership they were updating from a dvd and the process required them to first indicate that they wanted to perform an update and then select the source from which they were doing their update. In almost every video I saw a person with a SD card insert this and it detected the card instantly and then flashed a screen that indicated that as it was the first time use of this card that it would need to do an update and it went swimmingly from there for them. I read through the entire manual for your NAV system and felt not one inch closer to answering your question, then I went and studied Youtube. Well without being an owner of a later model Altima with navigation I shouldn't really be responding to this question, however as a computer tech I had to try and take a crack at it anyway. ![]()
